I spotted this at the grocery store. I kind of chuckled at the tire on the “turtarrier” until I saw the scrapes (and custom repair job) on the plastic rocker panel extension.
A close look revealed the damage to the plastic and the rocker panel. Clearly this driver has misjudged the parking block in the past and gone all the way over, as shown here.
But this time I give him a 9.7 for taking up the whole handicapped spot (with appropriate plates) and the perfect stop/landing.

That’s a handicapped van, converted to work with a wheelchair, might have hand controls. If that’s the case, that person is just happy they can drive and not be dependant on others.
